I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories—the real, unfiltered ones about struggle, resilience, and growth. Long before I became a therapist, I was fascinated by the ways people find strength in the hardest circumstances. That passion eventually shaped not just my career, but also my commitment to helping men who feel caught in cycles of addiction, ADHD, and mental health challenges.
My approach is direct but always compassionate. I don’t believe addiction is the “whole problem” more often, it’s a way of coping with pain, pressure, or unmet needs. ADHD, trauma, or mental health struggles can add to the chaos, making life feel unmanageable. In our work together, I focus on understanding your whole experience, your history, your strengths, and the unique puzzle pieces that make up your life. From there, we’ll build individualized strategies to help you regain a sense of stability and move toward lasting recovery.
Why do I do this work? Because I’ve seen again and again that change is possible when people are given a safe space to be fully themselves. I care deeply about creating that space, judgment-free, practical, and focused on what matters most to you.
